border-box;'>五、报名条件及方法</span></strong></p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>1.凡符合登记条件的幼儿家长携带户口簿、幼儿一寸彩色近期照片一张，到上述地点报名登记(报名时不需要带幼儿，每户限1人入园登记)。登记结束后户口簿暂留我园，我园同时发一张“登记凭证”给家长。6月19日上午电脑抽签结束后凭我园发放的“登记凭证”到泰州市幼儿园一楼教室领取户口簿，截止时间为上午11：00。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>2.家长到我园报名登记后，如想改变意愿，6月18日17:30前都可到我园报名处说明，并凭“登记凭证”领回户口簿，我园则将此幼儿名字从登记名单中删除。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>3.我园在报名登记结束后，如登记的幼儿人数不超过招生计划数，则全部录取入园；如登记的幼儿人数超过招生计划数，则在6月18日20:30前，公布报名登记成功的幼儿序号，采取电脑抽签的方法公开录取。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'>4.如发现同一幼儿同时在两所及以上幼儿园报名登记；有更改幼儿年龄、伪造证件等弄虚作假行为，一经核实，随时取消该幼儿的报名、录取资格。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box;'><strong style='box-sizing: border-box;'><span style='color: border-box;'>1.我园电脑抽签工作将全部由家长代表组成的5人工作小组执行。欲参加5人工作小组的家长在报名登记时同时自愿报名。如自愿报名参加的家长少于5人，则在现场报名产生；如自愿报名参加的家长多于5人，则在电脑抽签前采取公开抽签的办法产生5人工作小组。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; box-sizing:
