margin-bottom: 10px;'>“多亏了陈主任主刀，一切顺利！”4月22日，范先生脸上有了笑容，准备出院的他直夸四院肝胆外科主任陈季松技术好。而就在两周前，范先生一家还在为他的病情忧心忡忡。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px;'>范先生今年56岁，早在10年前体检时就查出多发肝血管瘤，“当时医生说没事，后来也没出现任何不适，我就没放心上。”今年以来，他开始出现上腹部胀痛、食欲不振等不适症状，本以为是自己饮食不规律导致胃不好，所以未及时就医。直到本月初突发进食困难，范先生才意识到问题严重，连忙赶到泰州四院挂号就诊。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px;'>据了解，肝血管瘤是一种肝脏内大量动静脉血管畸形构成的团状结构，是最常见的肝脏原发性良性肿瘤，按病理类型可分为海绵状血管瘤、肝硬化性血管瘤、肝血管内皮细胞瘤和肝毛细血管瘤四类。该疾病在人群中的发病率为0.4%到20%，多为单发。“受激素刺激，30岁至50岁女性为最常见的血管瘤患者。”陈季松解释，女性怀孕、处于青春期或者长期服用避孕药等情况，使得体内雌激素水平波动较大，易诱发肝血管瘤或使血管瘤的生长速度加快。此外，先天性肝脏末梢血管畸形、毛细血管组织感染后变形等也是肝血管瘤的可能因素。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em; margin-bottom: 10px;'>肝血管瘤到底需不需要干预？对此，陈季松打趣说：“敌不动我不动。”他表示，确诊为肝血管瘤，无需过于紧张，因为肝血管瘤本身属于良性，如果短期内未迅速增大，无局部压迫，无出血，对于直径不超过5厘米的肝血管瘤，外科一般不做任何处理，建议患者每隔半年到一年复查B超。如果血管瘤进行性改变或者直径超过10厘米，存在潜在破裂出血风险时，或者直径超过5厘米，局部有压迫症状，影响患者工作及生活，可以考虑腹腔镜下联合肝段切除或通过开放手术治疗。完整切除以后，肝血管瘤一般不会复发。</p><p style='text-indent: 2em;
