泰州住建：迎雪而上保畅通奋战一线护民生

1月19日晚，大雪悄然而至。市住建局闻雪而动、迅即响应，全面吹响应对风雪天气的“集结号”，统筹推动各领域落实防范应对措施，切实保障城市设施平稳运行和人民群众生命财产安全。

市政公用

督促燃气企业加强供气设备防冻保温与运行维护，严格执行24小时应急值守，保障极端天气下供气安全稳定。截至目前，累计出动人员197人次，车辆137辆次，全面完成重点部位巡查，整体运行平稳有序。

园林绿化

对行道树及公园乔木进行加固支撑，及时清理断枝、清除积雪，暂停户外高空作业，全面清扫47处游园园路。加固树木360株，清理倒伏断枝52处，清除积雪360处，确保公园园路畅通和市民游园安全。

小区物业

强化物业服务应急保障，督促物业企业全面排查薄弱环节，重点检查供水、供电、供暖及消防设施，对户外管道实施防冻包裹，及时修复渗漏隐患；确保电梯机房、配电间等关键部位保温达标、设备运行正常。督促企业足量储备草垫、融雪剂、应急照明等物资，加强公共区域积雪清扫，提前在主干道、台阶等铺设防滑垫，并通过多途径发布安全提示。截至目前，全市1574个小区累计组织3284人次投入清雪。
